If you haven't already shopped with us, please do give us a try. No-one likes waiting, especially not for knitting and craft supplies. With this in mind, we aim to wow you with our impressive delivery service. Once you have placed your order we will pull out all the stops to ensure that your parcel promptly leaves our packing area. Your order will be processed with care and attention and we aim to make each individual customer's shopping experience with us a personal and positive one. Please read our FAQs, or Terms & Conditions pages for more information

We like to keep our customers "in the loop" and will let you know what is happening at each stage of the order process. Order confirmation is sent to you automatically from our website when the checkout process has been successfully completed.  You will receive three emails from our automated website system. The first email is confirmation of receipt of your order. The second email gives details of the products that are being measured out/picked from our shelves and parcelled up by our lovely team. The third and final email is despatch confirmation to let you know that your order has been carefully wrapped and despatched in the post

You do not have to create an account, or log in, to place an order.  When ordering, please ensure you provide a valid telephone number and email address so that we can confirm acceptance of your order and to notify you when your order has been despatched

For details of how to pay for your order at checkout, please click here. Payment is made securely by our payment gateway, PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to send a payment. All mainland UK orders from this website are sent by Royal Mail's standard, second class, postal service. We have a very reasonable SET postage and packing charge of £2.95 for all mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey orders, no matter how much you buy. Whether you are buying one pack of sock wool or 10 balls of yarn the postage stays the same.  More postage options are available at checkout, if you require a different delivery service. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery

Postal charges for deliveries to Europe start from £4.75 for a package weighing up to 100g, increasing upwards in a banded weight format. Goods weighing from 501g up to the maximum weight of 2 kilo, are automatically sent by International Signed For delivery service, and the cost of this is factored into our delivery charge for banded weight orders sent to Europe. Two kilo is the individual parcel weight limit set by Royal Mail for small packet rate. We also post goods to international destinations, with postage charged in a banded weight format. Please click the dropdown box at checkout to see if your country is listed there (if it isn't, please email requesting postage costs). We cannot send goods in one parcel weighing more than 2 kilo but we are able to accept two separate orders if the weight of your parcel exceeds the maximum 2 kilo limit

Goods will be sent to the address on your payment notification. Payment for goods should be made in GB Pounds Sterling. We will not process orders to a PO Box, Halls of Residence/University Campus address.
