Half a metre length (50cm/19.69") of paisley pattern bias binding tape for sewing and crafts. Manufacturer's product shade number 1380 Purple Paisley. Total approximate width 25mm (1"), double folded on the reverse side.  Material: 100% cotton fabric. Colour: ivory cream/ off white background with light blue, dark beige/bronze, lilac/purple floral scroll, twisted teardrop, and leaf print design. Paisley print is an unusual design and the name is derived from the town in Scotland where it was originally first made. The unusual colourway of this beautiful edging tape, with its twisted teardrop and botanical pattern, is also known as Persian pickles and Welsh pears.  Versatile fabric trimming for piping, seam binding, applique, quilting, dressmaking and bunting.
