A half metre length (50cm/19.69") of signal red colour woven herringbone pattern webbing tape. Fibre content: 100% cotton fabric. Approximate width: 20mm (3/4").  Manufacturer’s product shade number 046 crimson/poppy red. This versatile and strong woven twill tape is a thicker gauge than standard cotton tape. Webbing tape is used for chef’s apron strings, sturdy ties on closing garments (hospital gowns) and privacy curtains, pinafores, workwear, kitchen apparel, casings, quilt covers, chair cushion/seat pad ties, carry handles on lightweight cotton purses/bags and flag bunting. Herringbone webbing is also used to create fabric loops on dressmaking projects, boning channels on garments and to strengthen corset waistlines and seams.
